Synchronizing your E mail, Calendar and Tasks on your Blackberry storm or Blackberry Bold with microsoft Outlook 2007 is easy even without an Exchange server or any other mail server. The syncing can be done offline using the Intellisync application which comes with the Blackberry desktop manager application. Follow the following steps to synchronize your blackberry with Outlook 2007.

1. Install the Blackberry Desktop Manager Software and Ms Outlook 2007.
2. Start your Blackberry Desktop Manager software.
3. Connect your Blackberry device with your Laptop / computer.
4. Click on Synchronize button.
5. Check the Synchronize organizer data check box.
6. Click on the Configuration tab and click on the Configure synchronization button.
7. Select all data check boxes in the way you need to sync. It will ask if you want to do a full 2 way sync.
8. By selecting the data ,select the program that stores your data on your desktop computer.
9. Done! Click on the sync button. You can also set it up to sync automatically.
