Synchronizing the google G1 with Microsoft Outlook contacts is not that easy like it happens with gmail or Mac. For Mac users, they have a mail sync tool which comes inbuilt with the Mac OS X. For windows outlook users, the easiest way to sync your Outlook contacts is to export your Contacts as a .CSV file in windows DOS format and then sync with the Google G1. This is probably the only probable way to sync G1 with Outlook contacts.
