Use  iTunes to synchronize your Microsoft outlook calendar with your apple iPhone. The process is very simple and can be done in 3 easy steps. Follow the steps below to sync your outlook calendar with your iPhone 3G.

1.  Click on iTunes and check for the updates. iTunes must be updated for the process to continue or Download the latest version of iTunes.

2. Connect your iPhone to the computer using the USB cable which comes along with the iPhone. Once your phone is dectected by the system, iTunes will be launched automatically. Select your iphone from the List inside the iTunes.

3.On the info tab – look for Sync -Outlook-Calendars link. Click on the link and click on apply. You can see your computer synching the contacts from outlook to your 3G iphone.
