Configuring or Synchronizing Outlook with Palm Eudora is really simple. To setup hotsync on your palm smartphone, simply follow the steps below -

1. Open the Internet options from the tools menu of your IE browser.

2. Select outlook from the Email option and click OK.

3. Now to Hotsync – Go to the Palm Menu -> options -> Hotsync

4. Click on Sync with Outlook Express. Make sure that the checkbox is checked and click OK.

5. Now on your system – click on the Hotsync link -> Click custom -> click Eudora Mail settings.

6. Select Sync with Microsoft Outlook and Click OK to Confirm.
