Synchronizing your contact list with a mobile phone is absolutely easy. Each Smartphone comes with a sync software CD which helps to sync your windows desktop and your mobile device. For Eg. Blackberry uses the blackberry desktop software, windows mobile uses the Active sync or the Windows mobile device center. To import the contacts from outlook 2007 to your SmartPhone device, simply follow the following steps.

1. Using the outlook 2007 import / Export feature, choose Export to file option and click on contacts.

2. Save the file to be exported in the .CSV format to any desired location.

3. Select File -> Export -> Address Book-> and click on the Export link.

4. In order to get the same contacts into your Gmail contact list, click on the import link on the gmail contact page and point to the .CSV file saved on your computer.
