Now Sync your HTC EVO 4G with your Outlook Calendars and Outlook Contacts. It is very easy. Follow the steps below to sync your HTC Evo 4G smart phone to Outlook. Make Sure that before doing the Sync – You back up  all your phone data. Works with Outlook 2003, 2007 and Outlook 2010

How to Sync HTC EVO 4G Calendar and Contacts with Outlook 2010, 2007, 2003

1) Select Settings from Menu
2) Go To Applications > Development and Check on USB Debugging
3) Connect your HTC EVO samrtphone with your PC
4) Choose Connection Type “USB” on Phone
5) Copy HTCSYNC.exe from your Phone to PC
6) Un Mount Your Device from the Computer
7) From the PC – Now Run HTCSYNC.exe file
8} Repeat Step 1 to Step 4
9) On Your HTC EVO – Click Done
10) The Phone will now find HTCsync file on your Computer and will pop up a Phone Connection Wizard window
11) Click On Next
12) Type in Your Device Name and Click on Finish
13) Check for the HTC icon on the Computer Taskbar to turn green
14) Right Click on The HTC Sync Manager icon on the Task Bar and Click On Synchronize Now
15) Now all your Calendar and Contacts will get Synced.
