Synch Gmail Contacts with Outlook contacts
The most commonly used method for synchronizing gmail or google mail contacts with Outlook is by using the export option in gmail contacts. For exporting the contacts and synching it with the outlook mail client you use, Follow the steps below:
1. Login to your Gmail or Google Mail Account.
2. Go to the Contacts > All Contacts
3. On the right top Corner, find the export link. Click on Export.
4. Select Outlook’s CSV format (for importing into Outlook or other applications) > Export Contacts.
5. For importing the .CSV file into outlook, Go to file Menu > Choose Import option.
6. Select CSV for windows – Browse for the exported files – Click import > Finish
7. Done ! Outlook will automatically sync all the contacts exported from your Gmail.
